If you’re a nonprofit or community organization looking to apply for a grant, you’re in the right place. This site will guide you through the application process step-by-step.

Your organization’s grant application must benefit the citizens of Wymore, Blue Springs or Gage County, Nebraska.

How to Apply?

To submit a grant application, you’ll need to complete a few key forms and documents:

Download & Fill Out the Application Packet

This includes:

Provide Your Organization’s Information

Include a one-page summary with:

  • Organization name, contact info, and leadership

  • Purpose of the funding request

  • Tax ID Number

  • When your organization was established

Fill In the Budget Sections

Be sure to complete:

  • Proposal Budget (Applicant contributions, other requests, expenses)

  • Organizational Income & Expense Summary (last fiscal year + current year)

Write Your Proposal Narrative

Up to 10 pages. Include:

  • Background & mission

  • Description of the community need

  • Project goals & strategies

  • Financial plan

  • Evaluation methods

Attach Required Documents

You will also need to include:

  • IRS Form 990

  • Board of Directors list

  • Proof of tax-exempt or governmental status

  • Type or use a computer to fill out all forms

  • Submit only one copy of your application

  • Do not place materials in binders or folders

  • Avoid sending brochures or extra documents unless essential

  • All applications must be reviewed and approved by the full Board of Directors
