Your organization’s grant application must benefit the citizens of Wymore, Blue Springs or Gage County, Nebraska.
How to Apply?
To submit a grant application, you’ll need to complete a few key forms and documents:

(up to 10 pages)
Provide Your Organization’s Information
Include a one-page summary with:

Organization name, contact info, and leadership

Purpose of the funding request

Tax ID Number
-
When your organization was established
Fill In the Budget Sections
Be sure to complete:

Proposal Budget (Applicant contributions, other requests, expenses)

Organizational Income & Expense Summary (last fiscal year + current year)
Write Your Proposal Narrative
Up to 10 pages. Include:

Background & mission
-
Description of the community need
-
Project goals & strategies
-
Financial plan
-
Evaluation methods
Attach Required Documents
You will also need to include:

IRS Form 990
-
Board of Directors list
-
Proof of tax-exempt or governmental status
